I’ve been away for a bit working on my best bun recipe thus far… A BABY! Hubby and I are so overjoyed to welcome our newest little taste tester to the family. This bun is officially here with big bright eyes and wide smiles.

During my pregnancy journey, I absolutely craved a fast-food Five Guys burger with a kind of steakhouse flavor that makes a burger feel like an experience. This sizzling hot skillet turkey burger is the lean, seasoned answer to every whopper-sized guilty pleasure all my pregnant mamas can have! It’s juicy and smoky, giving your taste buds all the satisfaction without any of the drive-thru regret.

Burgers for lunch or dinner? Mama, you can have it your way! And Daddy gets a fresh, hearty, and meaty meal too!

🔥 Brown Butter Belle Cooking Notes

Belle Tip #1: Worcestershire keeps turkey rich and moist.
Belle Tip #2: Plug-in skillets give you consistent browning—perfect for achieving that perfect sear.
Belle Tip #3: Brioche toasts FAST on broil. Stay close until you see a slight brown.

👩🏽‍🍳 How to Make These Sultry Skillet Turkey Burgers

1. Mix the Patties

In a large bowl, combine your ground turkey with Worcestershire, no-salt Cajun seasoning, garlic salt, white pepper, black pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.

Don’t overmix until mushy.
Form 4 even patties with a soft indentation in the center.

2. Sear Them to Perfection

Heat your plug-in skillet to 375°F or medium-high.

Add a touch of oil and lay each patty down with confidence.
Cook 5–6 minutes per side, until you get that gorgeous golden crust and the centers hit 165°F.

Let them rest. Even burgers need a moment.

3. Toast the Buns

Place the brioche buns cut-side up under the broiler on HIGH for 30–45 seconds.
Watch them carefully—brioche is especially delicate.

Spread mayo + ketchup on both buns.
